| Frank
was born in Mount Vernon, New York in 1954. Interest in photography came about
relatively young age. He attended New York Institute of Technology in 1973 for
two and a half years and studied Communication Arts.
Finally realizing
he needed to excel at his real love, photography, he attended New Yorks School
Of Visual Arts from 1975 to 1979 and earned BFA Degree in Fine Art Photography.
He studied with revered fine art portrait photographer Dena Rubenstein.
Franks
works have been seen at various SOHO gallerys in New York and many arts publications,
including Photography Magazine.
Frank is also credited on the HBO Grey
gardens movie starring Drew Barrymore and Jessica lange for his research assistance
Other
shows included Microsoft Gallery, where some of his photos were purchased for
permanent collection. Photographic
interests include landscapes, seascapes and character photos of interesting people.
Today, Frank continues to freelance his work.
